What is WPC Decking?

WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) Decking is an engineered exterior flooring material made from a blend of wood fibers, thermoplastics (HDPE/PVC/PP), and performance additives. It is designed to provide the natural look of wood with superior durability, moisture resistance, and low maintenance, making it ideal for outdoor environments.

Technical Description

Composition:
- 5060% Wood flour / natural fibers
- 3040% Thermoplastic polymer (HDPE / PVC / PP)
- 510% Additives (UV stabilizers, color pigments, bonding agents)
Manufacturing Process:
Extrusion molding under high temperature and pressure to form solid or hollow decking boards with uniform density and texture.
